Now the return of the Vikings is finally certain, on November 30th the second half of the 4th season "Vikings" will start in America in a new slot. In our latitudes, fans will have to be patient for the time being, a start date on Amazon Prime has not yet been set.
So on November 30, 2016, the story of Ragnar Lothbrok (Travis Fimmel) and his sons continues with ten episodes. New episodes are now broadcast on Wednesdays instead of Thursdays as before. The last episode of the popular Viking series ended with Ragnar returning to his homeland Kattegat after a long absence to make room for his sons as king: it is time for a new Viking ruler. Ragnar's four sons with Aslaug have now grown up and will be a big part of the story. But Björn doesn't fall by the wayside either - the seer predicted a great future for him that has yet to come true. So it seems like an open secret that we'll have to say goodbye to Ragnar soon. After four seasons of compassion and cheer, his days will soon be numbered and the series will lose a great leading actor in Travis Fimmel. Nonetheless, there are plenty of other characters like Lagertha, Björn and Floki who have been with us from the start and (hopefully) won't leave us anytime soon.
